These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of our website, mobile app, products, services, instructional videos, subscriptions, downloadable materials, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing products, or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms “you” and “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make purchases, or subscribe to Services on this website. If a parent, guardian, teacher, school, or organization permits a minor to access the Services, that adult or organization is responsible for the minor’s use of the Services and compliance with these Terms. In accordance with Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly solicit, nor will we accept, personally identifiable information from users known to be under 13 years of age.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We may offer (a) physical educational materials, (b) printed workbooks and instructional products, (c) digital downloads, (d) subscription-based instructional video content, (e) educational resources for parents, teachers, schools, and caregivers. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product or Service at any time.
3. EDUCATIONAL RESULTS DISCLAIMER
The educational materials, instructional videos, activities, strategies, and products provided by the Company are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, age, developmental level, learning differences, consistency of implementation, environment, participation, and individual abilities. Legybles, LLC does not guarantee any specific educational, developmental, academic, behavioral, therapeutic, or skill-based outcomes from the use of its products or services. No representation or warranty is made that any child, student, or user will achieve measurable progress, improvement, or particular results through use of the Services. Parents, guardians, teachers, and caregivers are solely responsible for determining whether the materials are appropriate for a particular child or student and for supervising their use. The Company shall not be liable for a lack of progress, unmet expectations, educational performance, developmental outcomes, or any decisions made based on use of the Services.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account information. You agree (a) that you will provide complete and accurate registration information about yourself and any individual you authorize to access your Account and keep your Account information up-to-date, (b) that you are solely responsible and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account, (c) that you will notify us immediately of any unauthorized Account use, (d) that we are in no way responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your Account and password, (d) not to allow simultaneous use beyond your purchased plan or license, (e) that you will not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account rights including subscriptions. If we learn that an ineligible user has created an Account, we may seek confirmation of the user’s status or deactivate the Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Certain Services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that: (a) your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal, (b) you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, (c) subscription pricing may change with reasonable advance notice and (d) cancellation requests apply to future billing periods and do not retroactively cancel prior charges. Unless otherwise stated access to subscription content continues through the remainder of the paid billing period after cancellation and no prorated refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods. Free trial offers, if provided, may automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.
6. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and we do not store full payment card information on our servers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize all charges incurred through your account. If payment cannot be processed, access to subscription services may be suspended and orders may be delayed or canceled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees.
7. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: (a) items must be unused and in original condition (b) proof of purchase provided, and (c) customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Digital products, downloadable materials, and subscription services are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving suspected abuse, excessive returns, or policy violations.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all ownership rights and interests in copyright, design right, database right, patents and any rights to inventions, know-how, trade and business names, trade secrets and trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and any applications therefore and other similar rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in the website, its underlying software and technology and the products made available through the website belong to Legybles, LLC. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, resold, shared publicly, uploaded to third-party websites, and/or copied for commercial use without prior written permission. Subject to these terms you may use the website for your private, non-commercial, personal use only. You may not transfer, sub-license or deal in this right without our prior written permission. These terms and the rights they grant, do not give you any title or rights of ownership in the website, any products (except to the extent they include your User Materials) or any User Materials other than your own, and should not be deemed a sale or transfer of any copyright or other right.
9. EDUCATIONAL LICENSE TERMS
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license for personal use or single-classroom educational use only. Users may NOT: (a) distribute printed copies beyond licensed use, (b) record or rebroadcast instructional videos, or (c) share downloadable files with other teachers or families, upload materials to shared drives, forums, social media, or school-wide systems. Additional licensing options for schools, organizations, or districts may be available separately. We grant you a limited license to access and make use of our Services. As a condition of such license, you agree to NOT (a) download any part of the Website, except where we encourage you to, (b) modify any part of the Website, (c) resell or make any commercial use of this Website or its contents and (d) misuse the Website, including conduct such as hacking, using robots, using spiders, automating the submission of data, and the use of data mining or similar data gathering tools.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You agree to NOT (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, (c) circumvent security measures, (d) scrape or extract content using automated systems, (e) use content for AI training or data mining without written permission, (f) infringe on intellectual property rights, (g) upload malicious code or harmful software, (h) harass or abuse other users, (i) distribute any false or misleading statement or otherwise take any action which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the personal or professional reputation of Company or Company’s employees.
11. USER CONTENT
We may allow the posting, submission, or distribution of completed workbook pages or other content created by users (“User-Generated Content”) on or through the Services. If users are permitted to submit comments, reviews, uploads, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Legybles, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Services. We do not pre-screen the User Content submitted to this Website and therefore are not responsible for policing, monitoring, or editing such User Content. We have the right to monitor, but not the obligation. You are responsible for the User Content you submit and responsible for ensuring accuracy. You represent that your User Content does not violate any law, does not infringe intellectual property rights, and is not defamatory, harmful, or offensive. We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee (a) uninterrupted access, (b) error-free operation, (c) specific educational outcomes, (d) compatibility with all devices or browsers. Educational materials are provided for informational and instructional purposes only and are not professional medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, or educational advice.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for (a) indirect damages, (b) consequential damages, (c) lost profits, (d) lost data, (e), business interruption, (f) subscription interruptions, (g) unauthorized account access. Our total liability arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legybles, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, successors, service providers, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against all third party claims, actions, fines, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, fines or proceedings including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising or resulting from your intentional and willful breach of this Agreement or your unauthorized use or misuse of the Service, including infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights. Each Educational Institution shall also indemnify and hold Legybles LLC harmless from any and all claims that arise from (i) failure to use our Services as intended or (ii) failure to comply with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) or any applicable law.
15. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for: (a) violations of these Terms, (b) unauthorized sharing of materials, (c) fraudulent activity, (d) chargebacks or payment disputes, (e) misuse of educational content. Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred prior to termination. In the event of any termination of these Terms, whether by you or the Company, Terms continue in full force and effect.
16. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. If the Services are directed toward children under 13 or involve collection of children’s information, applicable privacy laws including COPPA may apply.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for: (a) third-party content, (b) policies, (c) security practices, or (d) availability of external websites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We believe in amicable resolutions to disagreements. However, if we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, both parties agree to have the dispute resolved by final and binding arbitration. Arbitration will be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and conducted by one arbitrator. The dispute will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator and not by a judge or a jury. This arbitration provision applies to all disputes, including all claims arising out of or relating to any aspect of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy or your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether the claims arise during or after the termination of these Terms. If these arbitration provisions are deemed unenforceable, then the entirety of this section shall be null and void and the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Maryland shall govern any action arising out of or related to these Terms. If the class proceeding waiver is deemed unenforceable, then the arbitration provisions as whole shall be deemed unenforceable.
19. CHANGES TO TERMS/ENTIRE AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Company concerning the subject matter of the Terms and supersede all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect to that subject matter. These Terms may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by using any other document(s), unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by you and Company. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Service is in conflict or inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.
