Hey there! I’m Ms. Jackie, and I’m on a mission to make handwriting fun, fabulous, and oh-so-creative! With over 30 years of experience as an occupational therapist (OT), I’ve helped countless kiddos learn how to write with flair. I’ve got an MS in OT from Columbia University and a doctorate in OT from Shenandoah University, but it’s my hands-on approach to handwriting that truly sets me apart.

I’ve always had a thing for handwriting—seriously, it’s my jam. Over the years, I created a set of "handwriting rules" that work wonders and deliver results you can actually see. But as I met parents, teachers, and OTs who were frustrated by the current writing programs, I started to realize: a couple things were missing.

One, when the pandemic hit, I dove deep into research and discovered the big problem with handwriting programs: they were just too serious—no fun, no play, no excitement! Every other subject in school had been jazzed up for the digital age, but handwriting? It was stuck in the past. Two, parents didn’t have a readily available platform to give them a starting place to have meaningful conversation with their kids. You know, a place to begin talking all things coping skills and positive attributes for resiliency. That’s when I decided it was time for a change.

So, I set out to create a program that mixes pretend play with meaningful content and practical skills to help kids write with ease. Now, I’m on a mission to make sure every kid gets the chance to be a fluid writer and a confident student—while having tons of fun along the way!
